TERMS of SALE

1.  All items subject to prior sale and prices are subject to change. Contact us by phone 719-488-8371 or e-mail will@atlascoin.com before sending payment.

2.  Shipping fee is a flat $5.00 up to $999 in value, and $10.00 for orders over $1000 in value. We use first class mail or UPS in most cases, and insure privately at no additional cost to you.

3.  Payment may be by cashier's check, money order or personal check. Title does not pass until "good funds" are permanently deposited in our account, and we reserve the right to hold shipping until payment has cleared. You may also pay by credit card using PayPal (www.paypal.com).  Our account is under will@peakcoins.com. Mail other payment types to Atlas C&C, 590 Hwy 105, #310, Monument, CO 80132.

4.  GRADING and AUTHENTICITY - All coins and currency are guaranteed authentic, and there is no time limit on this guarantee. We grade our raw coins and currency based on our forty-five years experience in the business, but we cannot guarantee that any item will grade the same the first time or any time at any grading service.  If you require certified material, BUY certified material.

5.  CERTIFIED COINS & CURRENCY - Grading is an art, not a science. There is ample evidence that some items will be graded differently by different people or by the same person on different occasions. There are any number of third party grading services serving the marketplace. There are opinions are often the consensus of three or more graders, but not always. Any of them can overgrade an item, and these coins or notes will generally not realize the current market value for that grade when transacted with a knowledgeable numismatist. Some services, however, routinely grade below the market standard, and items in those holders are heavily discounted form current market values. It is your responsibility as an informed consumer to learn which services are which, and to base your buying decisions accordingly

6.  RETURNS - we believe in a philosophy of "fair trade." This concept is based on BOTH parties bending over backwards to make a good transaction. On our part, we try to accurately describe our offerings and provide large, high definition scans so that you can make good buying decisions. For those (what we hope are ) rare times when the product doesn't measure up  to your standards when you view it in person, we ask that you arrange a prompt return... notification within three business days by e-mail or phone, and return shipment postmarked within five business days of receipt. We ask that you leave the item in its sealed original holder if one is provided. Upon receipt, we will refund promptly by check or PayPal depending on how you paid. Shipping charges are not refundable unless we overtly misrepresented the item. The other exception is a counterfeit or altered coin... while we don't expect this to occur, we would happily refund you all costs and fees if it did.
